One of the visionaries behind the creation of World Golf Village, Jim Davidson is the master developer who took a blossom of an idea and turned it into one of the most successful communities in the Southeastern United States. Jim's 33-year real estate career includes:

• Overseeing land acquisitions and joint ventures; regulatory and environmental permitting at the local, regional, state and federal levels; design and construction of all on-site and off-site infrastructure needs; project financing; lender and partner relationships for large scale mixed-use real estate developments such as World Golf Village.
• Outside consulting services with the St. Johns River Water Management District related to conservation land purchases.
• Master Planning the 700 acre headquarters facility for the National Skeet Shooting Association in San Antonio, TX.
• President and Co-Owner of Cobb Partners Development, Inc. which developed residential real estate projects in Orlando and Miami in the late 1980's.
• Various executive level management positions with Arvida Corporation in Jacksonville, Florida, Atlanta, Georgia and Boca Raton, Florida. Corporate and divisional responsibilities both in finance and project management. Involved in the leveraged buy-out of Arvida Corporation from Penn Central with the Bass Family, Texas and subsequent sale of Arvida to the Walt Disney Company.
• Controller for Peachtree Center Management Company which was responsible for operations management and leasing of the 1.5 million square foot Peachtree Center office and retail complex in Atlanta, Georgia. Participated in the debt and equity restructure of two office/retail partnerships and the sale of two office towers.
• Treasurer for two SBIC divisions of Cousins Properties, Inc. Atlanta, Georgia. Involved in loan management and asset restructure/disposition strategies.
• Started career as a CPA for Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Company Certified Public Accountants in Atlanta, Georgia.

A skilled manager and astute businessperson, Sherry Davidson has served as President of Davidson Realty, Inc. for more than 20 years, having built the firm into one of the leading realty companies in the North Florida markets. Sherry has a strong financial foundation having begun a career in public accounting, spending three years in Charter Oil Company's tax department and serving as a CPA. At Davidson, Sherry is responsible for:

• Providing the guiding vision and strategic direction for Davidson Realty
• Overseeing all day-to-day operations of the full-service real estate agency, including operations, technology, sales and marketing
• Hands-on management of more than 35 real estate agents and 12 staff
• Leading the Davidson Property Management company which provides rental and lease management services
• Directing the Davidson Referral Network, a lead-generation operation

Equal parts planner and designer, Rick Pariani has directed the planning, design and field construction management for the development of World Golf Village since its inception in 1988. During the span of his more than 30-year career, Rick has been involved with:

• Retail/Commercial/Office Developments, including Buckhead Plaza, Atlanta; Tampa Telecom Park and GTE Data Services Complex, Temple Terrace, FL; Treasure Coast Square, Stuart, FL and The Atlanta Federal Center in Georgia
• Resort and Entertainment Projects such as the Port of Entry and Superhero Island at Universal Studios' Islands of Adventure in Orlando; Greater Ft. Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center at Northport Center; and the Boca Raton Resort & Club's renovation and expansion
• International Developments, including Toyo Country Club/Palm Lakes Golf Club in Chia-yi, Taiwan; Lily Golf and Country Club in Kuanhsi, Taiwan; and planning for an international cruise-port in the Turks & Caicos Islands
• Mixed-use Projects such as the Buckhead Blueprint, Atlanta; Macon, Georgia's Museum and Hall of Fame District; and Daytona Beach's hotel and entertainment district near the boardwalk
• Recreational/Sports Projects such as Georgia's Centennial Olympic Park, the Olympic Rowing and Canoeing Venue on Lake Lanier, Georgia; and renovation and expansion plans for the National Shooting Complex in San Antonio, Texas
• Golf Course Oriented Projects including The Slammer and Squire and The King and Bear in St. Augustine, FL, Broken Sound, The Arvida Country Club in Boca Raton, the Boca Rio Golf Club in Boca Raton, and Wild Heron in Panama City, FL.
• Environmental Projects on the Altamaha River and Ossabaw Island, Georgia and Twelve Mile Swamp, St. Johns County, FL.
• Rick was previously a Principal/Partner at The SWA Group; a Principal/Partner at EDAW Inc. (now Design + Planning at AECOM) and a Research Consultant and Resource Specialist at the Georgia Department of Natural Resources.

Ed Gil specializes in real estate financing, including acquisitions and project funding at Davidson. His more than 35 years experience in the field, includes:

• Overseeing all financial areas at Davidson since 1989
• Serving as Vice President & Financial Officer with Cobb Partners Development, Inc. which included the development of various projects in Orlando and Miami
• Performing various roles at Arvida Corporation, from Corporate Accountant to Vice President of Finance and Administration at Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra, FL. At Sawgrass, Ed handled all financial, accounting and related data processing activities.
• Ed started his career as a Corporate Accountant with Arlen Realty Management, a company specializing in commercial and apartment leasing management throughout the southeastern U.S.
